Craig Counsell led off against David Weathers (2-5) with a single to left and moved to second on Mike Rivera's sacrifice bunt. Weeks then tripled into the right-center field gap scoring Counsell.
Prince Fielder homered and Weeks finished with three hits for the Brewers, who have won three of four and remain tied in first atop the NL Central with the Cubs, who beat the Pirates 5-1.
Derrick Turnbow (4-4) tossed a perfect eighth before Francisco Cordero pitched a perfect ninth for his 41st save in 47 chances. Starter Jeff Suppan threw six innings, allowing three runs on three hits with a walk and four strikeouts.
Joey Votto homered for the Reds, who have dropped six of eight.
Cincinnati starter Aaron Harang yielded two runs on seven hits, while walking two and striking out seven.
With one out in the second, Adam Dunn walked and Edwin Encarnacion singled to center before Votto belted his second homer of the season to left center.
The Brewers got on the board in the fifth. With one out, Suppan and Weeks hit back-to-back singles before a Gabe Gross groundout to second pulled Milwaukee within 3-1.
Fielder led off the sixth with his 43rd homer of the season, a shot to right.
In the eighth, Fielder walked with one out and Bill Hall followed with a double to right before Jenkins hit a sacrifice fly to right, tying the game at 3-3.
